My main goal was to quickly convert videos recorded through NVIDIA ShadowPlay, which tend to be quite bulky. I recently purchased the Apeaksoft Video Converter Ultimate program and am absolutely satisfied with its robust performance. It appears to me they deliberately drug things out for 2 weeks and then blamed the delay in recovery for my problem and refused a refund. Duh! Apparently they wanted to put the phone on a shelf until they figured out the problem. They refused saying that since I had continued to use the phone the information was probably over-written. Roughly 10 days in they asked me try to recover from the phone rather than the backup. Two days later I expressed my concern noting that recovery needs to be accomplished ASAP. This began a long procession of me sending them screenshots demonstrating the problem and doing different things they wanted me to try. I finally contacted support 48 hours later. When it did seem to finish it said there were no relevant files even though I could see them in the backup. It kept getting stuck in the scanning phase. Purchased their iPhone recovery software.
